I got in!

So today started off pretty standard...woke up around 1 (yes, with this strike my sleep schedule is so totally off...I go to bed around 2am and wake up around 1pm.) went to go get showered and changed, and I hear the mail come through the slot! So I go check it out and low and behold I have a letter from Grant...about one week after I got my original letter telling me all the documents they were missing (well duh- your online application form is so Alberta-exclusive!). So I was expecting it to be something like "we're missing your second university transcript, a health record, and you need to take a language proficiency exam."

But NO! Apparently Albertans do it faster. It was a conditional acceptance! All I need to do is accept the offer, and then provide them with a health record check, a security clearance, and proof of Childcare First aid by August 1st and I'm in! YAY! So I'm just filling out the papers I can right now and will ship those off tomorrow.

I'm so excited- I could care less about York right now, I just want to get on with it!
